After the work is done, Arris gives back to the community.  We have been named numerous times as one of the most generous corporate givers by the Baltimore Business Journal and received the Mayor’s Recognition Award twice for our commitment to the Baltimore community.  Arris supports the continuing education of our staff providing an annual allowance for professional development.  Arris prides itself in being family-friendly allowing flex schedule options to accommodate special needs. Arris is family.
