Significant modifications to this existing 1970’s building has transformed this dated and inefficient building into one that will wisely serve the public, provide a healthy, comfortable working environment for the staff, and ultimately reflect the vision and future of the County. This project won the 2012 NAIOP Maryland Chapter Winner for outstanding Achievement for Office Rehabilitation and the 2011 USGBC MD Wintergreen Award for new construction.
