Howard County Government wanted to consolidate their government functions from leased facilities into County owned facilities. Working with Arris, the County adopted a Real Estate Strategy that accomplished their goals. After programming all the government functions, assessing existing building and providing due diligence reports on potential re-use, several real estate strategy options were considered.
